Commitment of Personal Data Protection ("PDP") Implementation by Honda Authorized

The undersigned below

PT Tunas Mobil, a limited cooperation established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, having domicile at Magelang, in these matters is represented by Budi Santoso Suhartono, therefore has right to act for and on behalf of PT Tunas Mobil, also known as Dealer Honda Tunas Jaya.

In regards of PDP Implementation of Dealer Honda Tunas Jaya, then we hereby stated as follow: Sehubungan dengan implementasi PDP di Dealer Honda Tunas Jaya, dengan ini kami menyatakan hal-hal sebagai berikut:

1. Dealer Honda Tunas Jaya PDP implementation stated in document Self-Verification Honda Authorized Dealer Personal Data Protection Implementation, dated on 17 Desember 2024 ("Self- Verification") is attached and as an inseparable part of this commitment.
   Implementasi PDP Dealer Honda Tunas Jaya sebagaimana tercantum pada dokumen Verifikasi Mandiri Implementasi Pelindungan Data Pribadi Dealer Resmi Honda, tertanggal 17 Desember 2024 ("Verifikasi Mandiri") yang menjadi lampiran dan merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dalam komitmen ini.
2. We understand that we shall obey all PDP requirements as stated in Indonesia's law and regulation regarding PDP ("Indonesia PDP Law").
   Kami memahami bahwa kami wajib mematuhi seluruh persyaratan dan kewajiban pada peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia mengenai PDP ("Indonesia PDP Law").
3. We understand that if we violate Indonesia PDP Law, then we could bear sanctions from the government of the Republic of Indonesia.
   Kami memahami jika kami melanggar Indonesia PDP Law, kami dapat dikenakan sanksi oleh pemerintah Republik Indonesia.
4. We commit to fulfill all the gap as forth in document Self Verification, in accordance with the compliance plan as stated in such documents.
   Kami berkomitmen untuk memenuhi seluruh gap sebagaimana dimaksud pada dokumen Verifikasi Mandiri sesuai dengan rencana kepatuhan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam dokumen tersebut.
5. If we couldn't fulfill the gap as stated in point 4 above, then we understand that we could bear sanctions from HPM and/or government institution.
   
   
6. 6. If point 3 and/or point 5 is occurred, we will protect, indemnify, and hold harmless PT Honda Prospect Motor from including but not limited to any claim, damages, lawsuit, summonses from any party.
   Thus, our commitment of Dealer Honda Tunas Jaya PDP implementation, to be used as accordingly.
